The website has gone downhill, sadly. It used to list things with lifetime warrantees and that could be repaired. But as time went on, and the creator needed more content and pivoted to monetize, they switched to... well, whatever it's down now. A shopping website.
I mean, good for them, but when money becomes your main incentive, your reliability goes down

Most of the products are from other companies and they are just acting as a seller/middle man.
