Dynamic Mini Pro is a commercial grade immersion blender. I have one that I picked up at auction and it's great. I believe parts are replaceable. Only thing I don't like is that the cord is really long and can get in the way.

I was thinking along the same lines, surely a commercial model would have to stand up to regular use. Fortunately there is a restaurant supply store nearby so I’ll have a look and hopefully they carry the dynamic mini-pro or another like brand/model - thanks!

Spec sheet says that the head of the stick is 2.13". I think it should. I can check later today.

I have the Dynamic MiniPro. It’s excellent. I’ve actually talked to their engineers about their metal design. It’s made in France. Stop researching. Just buy it

It really is. I got mine for a steal but would pay full price if I needed one again.
