have a look at nabru they are flat pack but you can replace every single part and design it exactly how you want. covers are also easy and cheap to replace.

Yeh we have an 11 seat u shaped sofa with chaise and sofa bed. It cost us a quarter of what it would have from a sofa manufacturer.
