You cannot know that from those numbers. For all we know this guy has legs like tree trunks and a chest of steel.

I can make a statistically probable deduction. And it doesn't matter all that much whether it's fat or muscle, the chair sees the same weight. It's just far, far more likely that a significant portion of the weight is fat and OP is kidding themselves about their size.
