Not much to review. It’s dead simple, works exactly as advertised, and has held up perfectly after a year of mostly daily shaving while traveling. I like having a shaven face, but always hated shaving. Now I look forward to it. Zero bullshit about this razor.Cleanest shave I’ve ever had, even over the ones I’ve PAID FOR, every time. No irritation ever. Also cheap as hell in the long run ($2 a year on blades) and so good for the environment. They even call out planned obsolescence on their site. It’s a no brainer.

Hey man, we're late to your party, all good

Aggressive grey? Thought it mean color and design, but this blade is designed for an aggressive shave? I like good copy like the next bearded man, but "A DE razor that simultaneously is aggressive in nature but at the same time a truly comfortable shave" ?

Hows shaving with this kind of razor? Ive only ever used Gilette mach 3s, are these kind of razors "fool proof"? I shave quickly and dont want to end up peeling my face.

Along the same lines, great quality and save a ton on blades over your life time, but if you want a more “modern” type of pivoting head razor, I have loved my Leaf Razor (leafshave.com) Had mine for 3 year, still like new. Great shave.

Practice makes perfect with this type of blade. I went from a Mach 3, to an antique straight razor and to this type of shaver.

The straight razor comes out once in a while if I’m feeling especially manly and rugged, but the single blade razor is great for a daily driver.

I got a Parker 26C witgh some nice blades that would last me a lifetime. The only problem is I have a beard and don't actually want to shave it off.

I shave fast in planet fitness showers with a 4”x4” travel mirror, and I haven’t knicked myself. I’ve even gotten bold lately and I kindof go cross grain under a fairly prominent jawline and it still has gone smoothly. It has made it so easy it’s basically fun now. It’s about sticking with the angle they have set the face of the tool to. There is a flat side that the blade comes out of, plant that flat side flush and it shaves probably as perfect as realistically possible. If you’re familiar with wood planers and their broad flat undersides, it works the same exact way. Their product videos explain it too.

Need a quality razor and takes some practice to get the technique down.

It will take a bit longer than a cartridge blade shave but the comfort and quality of shave is sooo worth it.

I have the same Henson that OP has and it’s magnificent. A joy to shave with.

It’s expensive up front for a quality razor and you’ll need to buy replacement double edge blades but they’re probably about 10% the price or cartridge blades so in the long run it saves money. - decent blades where I am in the UK are about £3 for 5 blades

My biggest saving is with shaving gel/foam - you can get an ok brush for pretty cheap and a tub of basic soap like Arko or Cella is really cheap (im in UK it’s like £6-£7 so like $10) and lasts about 50 shaves easily.

My husband couldn't get behind using this to shave his head but I've really liked it for shaving my legs and armpits 👍👍

For shaving aggressive refers to the amount of the blade that’s exposed.

For this razor, the more aggressive model OP has is still milder than most other razors. It’s a bit of an outlier in that it’s extremely precisely machined exposing very little blade but is still able to give an excellent shave.

I have one and it is exceptionally comfortable. It’s the best shave I’ve ever had and I’ll never use anything else.

Edit - where does it say Aggressive Grey on OP’s pic?
