Not an expert at all here, but I just bought the first one you linked. I really wish it had more padding and I really wish it was a little more comfy. I ended up blowing up an old air mattress and putting this in top, which made it the most comfy thing I've slept on the floor with. Not a long term solution tho.

My suggestion: look at a Shikibuton. This a traditional Japanese floor style mattress that has been in use for centuries. Really research it. The even have memory foam ones. Make a better decision than I did :)
