Looking for something that will stand up to the wear of bartending. Duluth has some solid slip on and decent warranty support but the shoes fail at the seams which seems like a workmanship thing.

Waterproof required, non slip, and best warranty you can find

My personal experience, there’s no such thing as a solid shoe with a good warranty that is also comfortable enough for the service industry. I’ve been buying black puma tennis shoes and replacing them once every year or two for a very long time. Unless you want to wear heavy boots to work?

Clarks- worked for me in a hospital job where I still had to dress “business casual”. Good warranty, initially pricey but always having sales/ at plenty of retailers

I have the Croc nonslip shoes, which have been great. They’re completely waterproof, machine washable, and super comfy. Not sure about the warranty, but they’re pretty cheap comparatively. I’ve only had mine for ~6 months, but they’re doing a lot better than any other shoe I’ve worn behind the bar.

I wore Ecco when I served/bartended.

For me, speaking as a chef (12 hour shift 5-6 days/week) Dansko is by far the safest and most comfortable for all day wear & support.... been in the industry 15 years, I've tried SAS, Sketchers, Crocs, Doc Martin's, Birkenstocks, shoes for crews, Rockport, and a few others, but Dansko shoes are money well spent, they don't come with any crazy warranty as far as I know but they hold up to wear better than any other I've tried

I recommend Shoes for Crews, they last many years unlike most big box brands. Heavy use shoes wont last forever, but these consistently last me 3-4 years in avg
