Fribees are great. Dogs really know how to wear out their toys lol.

This is probably a make dangerous for the dog to catch. I remember throwing my 170 gram and it had a note about dog tooth safety. Doesn’t frisbee make a dog weight model?

r/ultimate

Unfortunately, my dog rarely likes toys he can’t utterly obliterate in 5 minutes. He does have some tennis balls that aren’t broken. But the stuffed animals from IKEA have lasted longer than most kong and trixie stuffed animals. And they are really cheap.

Oh, all the discs I use for disc golf have bite marks on them. Adds to the aerodynamic properties.

Recommending a wham-o could get you banned, let alone a 200g...

In what way is simply “r/ultimate” an endorsement for the disc lol

One way of looking at it would be analogous to commenting /r/tennis on a picture of a squash ball, or /r/AFL on a picture of a rugby ball... Similar equipment used for different sports.
EDIT: unless this is a deep cut /r/ultimate meme about shredding...

Ehh not even relatively similar to doing that but ok

really depends what kinda dog you have. bully breeds tend to totally obliterate their toys, we usually just give ours cow bones to chew on since they're the only thing that lasts

Yeah my mom's dog is the same way but has a pillow pet from when I was 8 (18 now) that's indestructible.

West Paw makes a great frisbee for dogs, it’s lighter and softer than the kong and it flies better

So you recommend the wham-o?

If you’re throwing these correctly, the dog can’t catch it, they chase it down.
Some herding dogs love playing chase & retrieve!

The Kong one is really good if your dog doesn’t chew on it. Plus it’s not hard on their teeth at all when they catch it
