I was hyped for Cyberpunk 2077. It's fun now, but damn that release was a hot mess.

the continuation of solo-leveling. the author changed after the last ones passing and it’s very evident even from chapter 1. the characters feel different and the charm is lost

I was so excited for the Steam Controller when it was announced, I preordered one. It finally showed up one day and I was shocked to discover that it was basically a cheap hunk of plastic. To make matters worse, it took a bunch of AA batteries to function… When I felt how light it was and saw how cheaply made it was I was sad, but when I realized there was no cable to plug into it to keep it charged and that I would need a truck load of AA batteries to keep it going during a marathon gaming session, I straight up threw it in the trash and pretended like I lost the money on the street or in the laundry. It was the only way to make myself feel better about it.

The ending of Dexter: New Blood.
The series was mostly great and then the finale happened.

I wanted to participate in a well-known competition, but we got the news late and weren't able to work or do anything for it. The deadline was today

Old now, but Fallout 76. I didn’t enjoy the lack of story, playing online with others or how every weapon breaks after a few uses.

I still play it, as the letdown wasn't quite as immense as it could have been, but 40k darktide could have been a lot better. I was probably foolish to preorder it, and I've learned my lesson now.
