A much better place. Less division in the world in the topic of abortion since that wouldn’t be a thing. A lot less poverty since most people wouldn’t want their children to grow up struggling. That’s the two main things that i could think of in the moment

Abortion is also about fetal tissue that doesn't develop correctly. Desperately wanted children who are missing vital organs, whose body parts don't grow right must be aborted. Fetuses die in utero, they must also be aborted.
There's no way to fix this, there will always be a need for these kind of abortions.
