I do the “pick up the heavy thing” work…and I don’t mind saying I’m pretty damn good at it. But fitting in cardio is a pain in the ass. By the end of lifting I’m done. I’ll probably start shoving cardio into “off” days with stretching and some ab stuff…lol, what I’m actually supposed to be doing on “off” days.
