1 week, no eating, only water in my system... you get tired, lack of energy etc...

4 days. I got such bad food poisoning my body just expelled everything in my digestive system so bad that i could only keep fluids down

4 days, VERY physical job, ended up in hospital with banjaxed blood work. I make sure to have at least SOMETHING in a day now.

10 day water fast , was drinking to much water by the end so was throwing it up. Ended it there

When I was in 8th grade, I was extremely self-conscious and ugly and made fun of. There was a field trip to a pool. I stopped eating to lose weight and look better in my swimsuit so I wouldn’t be bullied as much. I didn’t eat breakfast and only a tiny bit of food from my lunch, the same thing with dinner. I started losing energy fast, and could barely keep my head up from dizziness in class. It did nothing. I didn’t eat normally for about 3 weeks.

I have Achalasia- basically my 'swallow' muscle seize up and my stomach sealed off. When it hits, I can not swallow anything, including water. It will last from 5 minutes to days. At 3 days, I am in the hospital on IV. Longest was 5 days. Terrifying. Just laying there, no energy. Waiting.
