Save up for a bit for a house. Would probably continue working for a little bit so I have some extra income.

Continue life as normal, but upgrade everything. Bigger house, better car. $60k USD isn't enough to live on by itself, but it combined with my normal paycheck is enough for me to live very happily. Save more and retire early.

This is an interesting question because it’s not a massive amount of money, but basically just enough to live on without having to work.

I would find a part time job that I enjoy, perhaps only 2 days a week.

And the rest of that time try to work on my own personal creative projects that I don’t ever feel I have the time or energy to work on.

And watching lots of movies.

I would get a part time job that does not require me to work much. With the money, I'll buy some new consoles and games to play.

Take up a nice part time job, just solely for the reason it would give me someting to do and provide that much needed human interaction.

$5k/month is not much at all, especially 20/30/40 years from now with inflation when you have to retire. I’d probably continue my FT job and just invest that $5k every month hoping for a nice retirement.

Ask for enough upfront to get needed surgeries, care for cat and pay off mortgage.

Take care of my health a bit better. This would be a huge boon to my family. Both father's and mother's families have lived up into their 90s. My mother's father died in the 80s, and he worked for Czar Nicholas, and my fathers brother died a couple years ago at 95.
