- add more fruits/veggies to your diet (5 servings a day)
- exercise three times a week or walk 30 min. a day.
- eat mindfully. before you eat anything, ask yourself, am I actually hungry? am I full already?
- do not smoke
- drink (alcohol) in moderation

I believe not drinking alcohol at all would be beneficial for weight loss. How knowledgable are you behind the science of forming good habits?
