  • add more fruits/veggies to your diet (5 servings a day)
  • exercise three times a week or walk 30 min. a day.
  • eat mindfully. before you eat anything, ask yourself, am I actually hungry? am I full already?
  • do not smoke
  • drink (alcohol) in moderation
