Nobody even the most extremists think transgender people are less than human. People who are critical believe that reassignment only leads to more problems and the core of the issue is something else(anxiety). Nobody thinks revoking transgender peoples right to vote, so it’s a huge misnomer to generate reactions

Buy what is the core reason for you or one you have heard? Set aside the extraneous for a moment and break it down to the core:
Against: It's against my religion; it grosses me out/makes me uncomfortable; it is a parents role to explain such things when they feel the time is right; etc.
For: I don't want to be/see them oppressed or ostracized; I don't want to be perceived as a bigot; I honestly don't care/ let grown adults do what they want so long as it is consensual; etc

My personal OPINION is one of medical reasoning. The desire for one to multilate themselves or inability to accept who you are as a person are very real problems that need to be addressed.
People with gender dysphoria deserve to be treated with dignity and respect as they overcome challenges, but at the end of the day, we as a society can’t be removing perfectly healthy body parts for mental problems. At the end of the day, there is no option than to accept who you are as a person. We can’t play this charade that we can change sex.
This strays a bit from the question but I’d give an “against” since you’ll get plenty of “for”. But again what is a “transgender right”?

Honestly the original argument was about gay marriage, I was just hoping to tow tear down the repetitive rhetoric and get to the core of what someone is in support of gay people living a normal life with other consenting adults, in the poll in will specify that and perhaps make a separate poll specifically about the trans community

Or why they are against it
