Character can’t be improved. You are what you are. You may change your behavior and hide your emotions, but you will always have the same character hidden deep inside, poisoning your life, fighting to be let out.

With that attitude, of course. I have seen ex-convicts kinder than nuns and they are consistently so.

Just because someone is a convict, doesn’t mean it’s in their character to be vicious monsters.
