Normally I don't like painted pictures of cannabis. This is really good though!!

Thanks! Call it dream realism. I stay away from an iconographic view of the plant and try and paint the whimsy in it I see.

You nailed it. You really did. I’m severely allergic to cannabis and have an instinctive “danger” reaction to images of the plant. This bypasses my “danger” reaction entirely. I only see what’s remarkable. It makes me curious and enraptured with nature. I’m sad that I can’t touch it or hold a bud up to the light to see the way it dances on those fine hairs.

This is extraordinary work. Thank you for sharing.
