For me acrylic doesn't sounds so bad. If that was oil it would be a different story

I paint with oil every day and wash my hands, brushes and clothes only with soap. It can wait for washing all day, because the oil dries very slowly. The acrylic dries immediately and becomes waterproof. That's why I always spent more time cleaning my hands of acrylic.
