This is neat. It reminds of me of when Im really lightheaded and only barely hanging on to reality, but still kind of looking at things with a history of being a person. Very cool.

Yep it's a keyframe animation. All videos are also made this way only but this animation is at a slower frame rate per second so you can see the actual transition between the frames.

That's quite alright. Happy to answer. It's about 15 frames at 8 fps.

Heyy i use krita to create it. But you could very well use procreate as well. It's a frame by frame animation

how did you achieve that grainy texture, almost oil painting like effect digitally? is it just a filter over the finished piece?

The oil painting feel is just some brush you can use. Grains are available on all apps. Kodak, Fuji grains etc. That's just another layer
