Are there 2 snakes in the picture? Or is this some kind of snaketopus? Wtf is this person eating?

There are two snakes, it looks to me like the head of the one on the upper half of him is in his mouth and the lower snake is on the lower half of the body. Took me a second to follow it, hope that helps you see it.
