Noir Plague Doctor is an aesthetic I never knew I needed.

This city's got a bad case of crime and I'm here to make sure it's not terminal. My cure comes in .45 ACP if everything goes my way and .38 Special if it doesn't. Either way, when I reload you'd better be dead or gone because I'm not the good guy--I'm the one who's left after you ran all the good guys out of town.
