Yeah, I always read it like that as well. Has to be the worst name for a product ever. Unless it has some other meaning that I don't know about.

Lol sisyphus is an ancient myth from the Iliad, amongst other places, of a man punished for trying to cheat death by every day having to roll a heavy boulder up a hill only to have it roll back down over him crushing him, for all of eternity. He will never, ever get the ball up the hill.
I assume it’s a joke about the little ball rolling thru the sand.
