Your use of line, shapes, and form is stunning, the dark think likework really makes the skin tones pop. I quite like how this looks you’ve done well. I’m especially impressed because I, personally, find oil pastels unwieldy and difficult to work with.

Thank you! I really appreciate the kind words. My advice for pastels is getting pretty high quality ones and not blending them if possible. Letting the colors pop individually is the key!

This has been on my watch list for a while now, I think you may have inspired me to make some time this weekend and watch it. Love the artwork, it reminds me of another artwork or style I have seen in the past but can't place my finger on like deja vu.

That’s fantastic, when I was scrolling past this it reminded me of the character Vivec from the game Morrowind, and that game’s lore was heavily influenced by the Jodorowsky film (which I unfortunately haven’t seen either). This is super evocative!
