I tagged it NSFW for body based horror, just so nobody gets jumpscared accidentally Edit: added spoiler for those with NSFW blurring off. Also asked to be more specific about why warnings are there so- Blurred due to some photo editing body horror, realistic but not actually gore-y. Face deformation and possible derealization.

Personally don’t think it’s THAT bad but happy to put a warning
