That’s how I usually paint as we,I struggle with acrylics and oils just seem to bring it all to life.Great job on the painting!

Yes and you get the benefit of a quick drying underpainting and then the richness of oils later. :)

Yes you do and even if it seems like extra work at the time the end result is worth it :)
