It's been a while since I've stumbled over quilling artwork, let alone something quite as elaborate. Great work capturing the different textures and elements!

I have studied this piece so many times trying to develop a feeling for the sea foam. Not a chance. When I try to draw it, it turns out somewhat stiff looking, I always lose movement. Hokkusai was incredible and I really like what you did with his wave.

I think the medium and technique I used compliments each other with this one. this is the second version and on my first one I tried to copy the direction of the see foam this time I just want to mess around and it turned out even better. Maybe try to me more natural than following the direction?

here's my first wave
